Snacklust Organic Crunchy Cranberry Pistachio Cookie Mix

The Crunchy Cranberry Pistachio Cookies by Snacklust are super delicious and can be prepared in no time at all. The vegan cookies are prepared without industrial sugar or flavour enhancers, and are perfect for anyone who wants to eat a bit more healthy without feeling deprived.

Juicy cranberries and crunchy pistachios form the basis of the cookies and are rounded off with delicious coconut notes.

Ingredients:

• Mix the baking mix with 90g of mild olive oil and 5 tablespoons of oat milk (or another vegan milk). Form the dough into about 12 balls using spoons, then drop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (convection) for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are a golden brown colour. Let them cool, then enjoy!
