Description
These cookies are perfect for anyone who loves chocolate. The melt-in-your-mouth cookies contain white and dark chocolate surrounded by wonderfully delicious dough that bakes crispy on the edges.

Preparation time:
- 3 minutes
Baking time:
- 10-12 minutes
Instructions:
- Combine the baking mix with 90g of olive oil and 5 tablespoons of oat milk (or a different vegan milk) and mix to form a dough. Using spoons, shape about 12 cookie balls and drop them onto a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (convection) for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown. Let them cool, then enjoy!
