Snacklust Organic White Chocolate Blueberry Cookie Baking Mix

Snacklust's incredibly delicious White Chocolate Blueberry Cookies make the perfect snack for any occasion. They are free of industrial sugar, free of flavour enhancers and vegan!

Juicy blueberries and vegan white chocolate meet delicious cookie dough that bakes with marvellously crunchy edges. Thanks to the oat flakes and wholemeal spelt flour the mix contains, the cookies are rich in fibre and prevent cravings.

Baking time:

• 12-15 minutes

Ingredients:

• Mix the baking mix with 90g of mild olive oil and 5 tablespoons of oat milk (or another vegan milk). Form the dough into about 12 balls using spoons, then drop the cookie dough onto a baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (convection) for 12-15 minutes until the cookies are a golden brown colour. Let them cool, then enjoy!
