Description
Xucker's chocolate ice cream powder is ideal for hot summer days! This homemade chocolate ice cream is very easy to make and is vegan and sweetened exclusively with xylitol.
Please note:
- Xucker only uses sustainable xylitol made from wood. The wood comes from sustainable European forestry (Finland).
Preparation:
- Mix 360 ml of vegan milk with the ice powder in a large bowl. Use a mixer to beat the mixture until creamy for about 5 minutes. Once the mix is creamy, you can add other ingredients, like fruit, to taste. After that, you should freeze the ice cream for at least 10 hours.
