Xucker's Organic Erythritol consists of 100% erythritol obtained from certified organic corn. The glucose used for the Erythritol is fermented from corn starch.

Use:

• To use as a sugar substitute, 1g of erythritol replaces approx. 0.7g of sugar.
• Erythritol can be used for making pastries and cakes without any problems, although it is recommended not to use more than 25% erythritol by weight.
• It is not suitable for making jam, as it is quick to crystallize.
