Tempehmanufaktur is a family business from Allgäu that produces organic tempeh by hand. All the raw materials used in the tempeh are exclusively certified organic. The brand values careful work and conserving resources, which is why they only use regionally grown legumes in their products. Most of the soybeans and sweet lupins used to make their tempeh come from Austria and Germany. Each type of tempeh they make has a unique look and a unique flavour!
