Unverschwendet Watermelon & Pepper Syrup

Enjoy this Watermelon & Pepper Syrup mixed with soda water and ice cubes for a natural thirst quencher on hot summer days!

Or, try the syrup mixed with gin, lemon juice, soda and ice cubes for a wonderful summer cocktail!

The watermelons used in this syrup were upcycled for three reasons:

1. Male watermelons have more seeds and are unpopular with consumers
2. Overgrown watermelons are unwieldy and just as unpopular
3. Watermelons that ripen too late and can no longer be bought

For all of these reasons, the watermelons that cannot be sold are upcycled into this syrup!

Suggested use:

• Dilute 1 part syrup to 7 parts water

• Store away from heat and light. Store cool after opening. Shake before use.
